TROY -- Patrick J. "Packey" Pask of Sampson Avenue died Monday in his residence.

He was a lifelong resident of Troy.

Mr. Pask was formerly employed by the Troy Fire Department, where he served as captain for 25 years, retiring 23 years ago.

Mr. Pask was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and was injured at Saipan. He received two Purple Hearts.

He was a member of the Troy Elks Lodge, the Disabled …
