NSW: Bushires rage, concern for homes

Firefighters continue to battle more than 90 bushfires across New South Wales .. with
fears properties in parts of the state's north might come under threat.

More than one-thousand hectares of bushland have been scorched by two fires in Red
Range .. near Glen Innes .. which keep advancing and bringing heavy smoke to the area.

Three fires between Bundarra and Barraba .. also near Glen Innes .. continue to burn
with fears rural properties and homesteads might be affected.

Firefighters are being assisted by water-bombing aircraft and bulldozers.

In the upper Hunter .. a fire's burnt out more than three-thousand hectares east of
Murrurundi .. and is still burning.

Firefighters and local landholders are working to contain the blaze.
